Classroom Guidelines and
Procedures
1. Students know that
they are to bring their planner and necessary materials to class
everyday. I inform students of the goals and plans for the day and the
rest of the week at the beginning of every class; therefore, they are aware of
their upcoming assignments and tests. (it should also be written in their
planner) :)
2. Students know that
they are to bring the necessary materials to class everyday. This includes
whatever designated workbook, and of course their notebook and a pen or pencil,
I let them know what workbook to bring the day before and I always announce on
morning announcements exactly which one they will be using in class that day.
If they forget their workbook and leave it in their locker, they may borrow one
of mine however, they also owe me a day of break detention. Hopefully
missing a day of break will cause them to remember their materials the next
time.
3. There will be
NOOOOO sleeping in class! I have a two year old daughter who
deprives me of the sleep that I would like to receive; therefore, if I cannot
sleep in class, no one may sleep in class!

4. Last, but not
least, students are aware that they are to be to class on time. If they
accumulate a number of four tardies, they will receive a referral.
Cheerleading!
