Dear Parent/Guardian:

As you know, the last day of school will be May 29, 2008. There will be no dispensing of medication that morning.

If your child has prescription or over-the-counter medication at school, it will be sent home by May 28, 2008. If you DO NOT want the medication sent home with your child, please feel free to come by my office and pick up your child's medication anytime, but no later than Thursday, May 29, 2008 12:00p.m.. Any medications not sent home or picked up by May 29, will be disposed of in the presence of the principal.
